Event Tickets
All ticket sales for The Art of Giving Auction 2025 are final.
We regret that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for tickets once purchased, including in cases of non-attendance or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure all event details are reviewed before completing your purchase.
Artwork Purchases
All artworks sold during The Art of Giving Auction 2025 are offered on an “as-is” basis.
By placing a successful bid and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- No returns or refunds will be accepted once a purchase is finalised.
- All artworks are original pieces contributed by artists and may include natural variations in medium, finish, or presentation.
- Transportation of artworks is not included in the purchase price.
- Buyers are solely responsible for arranging the collection and/or safe delivery of their purchased pieces from the event venue.
Should a buyer be unable to collect their artwork on the night of the event, our team will assist in coordinating a mutually convenient time for collection during business hours.
Legal & Liability
Senecio NPC and its partners, artists, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Any damage to artworks once the item has left the event premises.
- Any delays, losses, or damages incurred during transport if the buyer arranges external delivery.
- Any misunderstandings due to failure to review this policy before purchase.
By completing your ticket or auction purchase via our website or in person, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refunds and Returns Policy.
